Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before unlocking.

What do I get for CHF 49?+
You unlock the tool, enter your ownership structure, and receive the determination of beneficial owners – with control type, extent, and role – as a dated PDF to download. One-time payment, no subscription.
How does payment work?+
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. After payment, you are redirected automatically and the tool is unlocked immediately. You receive a payment confirmation by email.
Is the result legally binding?+
The tool is an orientation aid based on the ordinance’s rules and does not replace legal advice. It covers common structures; for multi-level or nested constellations, have the result verified by a qualified person.
Does this replace the report to the transparency register?+
No. The tool determines who must be reported and provides the PDF as a basis. The actual report is filed electronically by you via EasyGov – registration in the register is free by law.
Which structures does the tool cover?+
Direct holders (capital and voting rights), one intermediary company or holding, fiduciary relationships, and trusts. Very deep or multi-level nested control chains need individual review – the evaluation flags this.
What happens to my entries?+
Entry and calculation take place entirely in your browser. No entries are saved; they disappear when you close or reset.
